Santosh has more than 16 years of project development and sustainability consulting experience, leading teams globally. He has managed over 350 clean technology projects and delivering about 40 million tons in carbon credits and other environmental attributes. These projects have mobilised over 200m USD in climate finance and close to 1.5b USD in direct investments creating direct and indirect co-benefits to the local communities.
Having worked in Mumbai, Zurich, Bangkok, Singapore, New York and Jakarta, Santosh has advised numerous multinational companies on GHG inventory data, reporting and setting greenhouse gas reduction targets, climate finance and carbon neutral strategies.
He is optimistic that with urgent climate action, we may still be able to lessen the harmful impacts of climate change.
Senior Manager – Sourcing and Operations
Zaosh has more than 14 years of experience in Carbon, ESG, Renewable Energy, Green Buildings, CSR, and Sustainability. He holds a Master’s Degree in ‘Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship from the School of Social Work at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Bombay.
His passion lies in solving complex, interrelated problems such as climate change, social and economic inequality, and environmental degradation.
In his role at Coral Future, Zaosh is responsible for developing innovative models for sourcing new projects and providing operational insights on our carbon offset portfolio, besides providing managerial and strategic inputs across our global operations.
Business Development Manager
Kamila is based in France and leads our business development efforts in the European market. Kamila works on the research on corporate sustainability commitments and drivers. With her background in hospitality management, Kamila focuses on building and managing new clients especially in carbon offsets and RECs sales in the region.
Previously she has worked on projects addressing food waste recycling. Kamila has taken courses in food innovation, sustainable farming, logistics, sustainability and Brazilian agriculture. She is eager to support awareness about the importance of food and agriculture systems to increase the positive impact on sustainable production.
Kamila is passionate about supporting companies in changing their business model into sustainable pathways.
Senior Consultant - Projects and Advisory Services
Tam holds a Master’s degree in Environmental and Chemical Engineering. She is currently responsible for carbon offsetting projects in Viet Nam as a Climate Change Associate in Coral Future while developing projects under international carbon standards such as VCS, CDM, the Gold Standard, I-REC, GCC.
Tam has more than four years of experience in consulting companies with CDM projects as an Environment and Chemistry researcher and a business professional. In addition, she has led several environmental training courses. She is the first author of scientific journal articles published in International Journals such as Hydrometallurgy and Material Transactions.
Climate Change Associate
Warrapol is part of our Thailand team. He has a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Energy transition with a specialisation in project feasibility. He brings his experiences in the engineering business, renewable energy and sustainable development to advise solutions that bring business viability and environmental benefits together.
Warrapol says the sooner we tackle the climate crisis, the fewer impacts we will confront in the future. He advocates the importance of understanding that the change has to happen ‘now’. He helps our clients with project monitoring, reporting, verification along with business development and sourcing projects that align with our company values and mission.
Nature-Based Solutions Analyst
Azzahra is responsible for sourcing and growing our Nature-Based Solutions project portfolio in Indonesia. Her primary focus is on forest conservation/restoration, blue carbon and agriculture projects. She is involved with relevant stakeholders on board, including public-private entities, concession holders, government agencies, and relevant NGOs.
Having obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Oceanography, she has knowledge of ocean processes, SDG-14 and the Indonesia Sustainable Ocean Program. She actively follows insights on coastal and marine NbS as mitigation and/or adaptation solutions.
She believes as we are getting closer to the snowballing climate crisis, driving meaningful change within Coral Future’s vision will be some of the most valuable tasks in her career.
Business Development Manager
Lokesh handles our market research and business development portfolio. He keeps a tab on market trends to ensure our team has an overview of projects worldwide. He is involved in carbon portfolio management and client outreach. Other than lead generation, Lokesh works closely with the Marketing team to drive outreach at scale.
He comes from a hospitality background and brings great value to our customer services. Lokesh switched to environmental consultancy after realising the urgency to push for sustainability in the hospitality sector. He believes carbon neutrality is the future and wants to be at the forefront of enabling this change.
Climate Change Associate
Manuraj P is part of our India team and recently completed his MSc in Environmental Science from the Central University of Rajasthan. He is responsible for market research & project implementation, while assisting on global business development & sourcing new projects, which he hopes help create a significant impact & reduce climate change.
Marketing and Communication Officer
Based in Indonesia, Giorgio Garcia supports our internal and external marketing and communication outreach. He has several experiences in social media campaigns and product development, but he believes his true calling to work with environmental issues led him to shift his field of work to communications.
He was previously a Product Manager at a SaaS company, where he was responsible for managing the development and launch of various software products. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a study focus on Multinational Corporations at Binus University.
